Returns and Refunds

Our aim is for women to LOVE working for you, feel supported and welcomed in their chosen fieldof work or play. Due to the nature of our products, refunds cannot be issued for items that have been worn, used, or had the packaging opened (unless the item is faulty).

 

To return an item after purchase, please email shesfreetobe@gmail.com with proof of purchase, photos and explanation of the potential defect, when the  issue was identified. This information will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in future. If we determine a product has a manufacturing defect, we will replace at our discretion or provide a refund. This warranty is given by Shesfreetobe Limited NZBN: 9429047406490

 

Please Note:

You can return your order at any time up to 28 working days after the day of delivery. To do this please email us.

The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you and you should ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to protect against damage.

 

The right to return goods to us, as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances:

– In the event that the product has been used.

– If you have defaced or damaged the product in any way, e.g. writing on the box it came in.

 

This Returns policy does not affect your legal rights, for example, if goods are faulty or have been inaccurately described.
